These rules are not just for fun. They must be read and remembered by all members and guests thinking about joining the site.
General Rules
Members should respect all members, especially staff members. A staff members word is final so do not argue. Cursing should be kept to an absolute minimum please and on this site there shall be no threads involving sex or the like. This site should be a pg13 site so please keep to that. Fighting happens in any school and might happen on here but please do not make it too graphic. The first part of the password is: disk
Application Rules
When applying the form should be filled out to its maximum. If a paragraph is asked for make it a paragraph. On average a paragraph is around four sentences. Remember that perfection is absolutely not allowed and neither are special powers or magic, this is not harry potter or superman school. Make sure to choose a celebrity that lookes the age of your character. A good guideline to keep to is - if your character is under 20, the celeb should be no more than 25 or round about. If your character is older the celeb should be around your character's age. Remember these are guidelines but any extremes will be declined.
Roleplaying Rules
When roleplaying we expect at least 50 words. Spellcheck is a must and try to keep grammar good. The final part of the password is: jockey. Powerplaying and godmodding must not happen, at all, ever. You must not read other character's minds however hinting is fine. You should try to keep to your application so, for example, if in your application you said your character was always horrible and nasty to everyone, you couldn't then say, "Fred walked to the door and opened it, he was always nice to everyone he met."
Graphics Rules
Please make sure signitures feature a picture of your celebrity. If you cannot make one then try proboards support or request on this site. Someone will make you one somewhere. The dimensions must be no bigger than 600x250 or else the forum will stretch and look untidy. Also nobody wants to scroll down a page of huge pictures just to find something they need. Avatars must be no bigger than 100x100 which is the most common size, another common size is 75x75. Avatars can also be used for the cbox. They must be 50x50 only. TO use one upload it to tinypic and copy and paste the direct link into the URL box on the cbox.
Advertising Rules
These rules can also be found on the advertising board. When advertising for this site always follow the other site's rules. Otherwise this site might get a bad name and you will be banned for a while or forever. Whlst advertising on this site please follow these simple rules. The images must not stretch the forum, so the dimensions should be no bigger than 450x250. If you are linking back make sure to put [LB] in your title, this makes it easier to respond to. If you want to affiliate then please provide your banner code in code tages or quote tags and tell us where our banner can be seen. We have the right to decline any request and if you are declined you will be contacted via your site. We have the right to take down your banner if your site becomes inactive or you take our banner down. Your banner must be 88x31 and the border must be zero (border="0").
